Donor Engagement Coordinator
Catholic Charities of St. Louis is currently seeking a full-time Donor Engagement Coordinator. The Donor Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with donors and prospects. This role encompasses overseeing donation management processes, assisting with event coordination, supporting direct mail campaigns, and supporting planned giving activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the donor acknowledgment process, creating a positive experience for all donor levels
- Coordinate the gift entry process, ensuring accurate data and creating relevant queries for thank-you letters and reports
- Help ensure the accuracy and health of the donor database
- Maintain a portfolio of annual giving prospects and donors
- Support activities for donor events
- Assist with planned giving, including creating information materials and maintaining a database
- Assist with and support fundraising strategies and campaigns
- Generate revenue through donor conversations, identifying new potential donors, and soliciting for gift support
- Administrative support for the Office of Advancement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field. In lieu of a degree, 3 years of fundraising or relationship management experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and donor databases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with fundraising, donor relations, or event coordination
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $45,000 – $50,000
