Donor Engagement Manager

Catholic Charities of St. Louis is currently seeking a full-time Donor Engagement Manager. The Donor Engagement Manager will serve as a frontline fundraiser focusing on qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors giving $1,000+.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150+ major gift prospects and donors
• Develop and execute individualized cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Conduct 100+ meaningful contacts with prospects/donors annually
• Secure gifts of $1,000+ from individual donors
• Identify, qualify, and develop new major gift prospects
• Partner with the CEO and leadership to develop donor engagement strategies
• Coordinate with the advancement team on fundraising campaigns
• Plan and execute donor cultivation events
• Maintain accurate records in CRM database
• Prepare proposals, reports, and correspondence for donors
• Track and report on fundraising progress toward goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or relationship management
• Proven track record of soliciting and closing gifts of $1,000+
• Proficiency with CRM systems and donor databases
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $55,000 – $62,000
